Anna Töws
As People Business Partner, I'm responsible for the entire IT function here at D4L in Germany. I support leadership and team members with recruitment as well as all other HR related topics.
Additionally, along with managing our lovely team member benefits, I am proud to be one of the co-leaders of our internal DEI initiative and ensure equality, fairness, respect, and appreciation for all team members throughout our entire organisation.
Fanny Hoffmann
As a People Business Partner, I'm responsible for the divisions Finance, Strategy, and People and Organization. In this role, I support managers and employees in all HR and office topics. I also take care of payroll at D4L and work closely with our finance team.
In addition, I work on projects to ensure that D4L remains a great place to work. As climate protection is very important to me, I am dedicated to making D4L carbon neutral as part of our Climate Initiative.
Sharon Rodrigues
As the People and Office Manager in Singapore, I support our local team in all HR and administrative matters, as well as strive to attract and retain new talents in the Asia region.
Besides being the go-to office person, the topic of diversity and inclusivity is close to my heart. Our diverse team showcase the respect that we have for different cultures, genders and nationalities.
